A Brisbane man has been charged following an alleged armed robbery at Foodworks on Main Street, Park Avenue.
A police spokesperson told CQ Today a 23-year-old man from Algester, a suburb in Brisbane, had been charged with armed robbery.
Police alleged the man held up the store at knifepoint on Sunday, 2 October, before police were called to the scene.
The man appeared in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Police investigations are ongoing.
